Construction & Property Group – UK is seeking a bilingual Lead Conversion Specialist fluent in English and Spanish. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into active clients through persistent follow-up and clear communication.
What You'll Do
- Convert inbound leads into active clients through phone, email, and consistent follow-up.
- Explain services clearly and guide prospects through the client onboarding process.
- Track and manage all leads accurately using the company's CRM or internal systems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven professional experience in lead conversion or lead generation.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in ABA or related fields such as home care, HCBS, peer support, or mental health.
