Your work will directly influence conversion, loyalty, and cross-sell by transforming complex health topics into clear, trustworthy, and action-driven content.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine conversion copy across digital touchpoints, ensuring messaging is consistent, persuasive, and aligned with patient needs
- Turn research, testimonials, and patient insights into compelling narratives that strengthen trust and drive behavior
- Identify gaps in messaging and recommend supporting evidence such as expert input, data points, or real-world stories
- Run A/B tests to measure performance and iterate based on data, always treating copy as a lever for measurable improvement
- Collaborate with design, product, and lifecycle teams to align messaging with user experience and growth goals
- Use AI thoughtfully to enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance and quality standards
- Champion brand voice and narrative consistency across channels and formats
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to balance clarity and empathy with persuasive writing that drives action
- Experience with A/B testing and a mindset oriented toward iteration, feedback, and data-driven refinement
- Strong ownership and initiative—someone who thrives in ambiguity and prioritizes what matters
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as health, fintech, or insurance, where compliance and compelling messaging must coexist
- Background in landing page optimization, email campaigns, and UX writing is a plus
- Experience mentoring writers or improving writing processes across teams

You’ll help build long-term care models grounded in trust, clarity, and patient-centered communication. This role is central to shaping how people understand and engage with health services—making messaging not just effective, but ethical and lasting.
