Careers at Eucalyptus is seeking a Lead Conversion Copywriter to join the Product Growth team for Juniper Australia. You will provide strategic leadership and writing to drive conversion, retention, and cross-sell metrics while building patient trust across every touchpoint.
What You'll Do
- Own conversion copy across key patient touchpoints from webpage to onboarding to long-term retention.
- Translate complex health topics into hyper-clear messaging that builds trust and drives action.
- Spot and fill gaps in persuasive arguments, identifying needs for testimonials, statistics, or expert quotes.
- Synthesize real patient insights from interviews, reviews, and research to shape persuasive, patient-first messaging.
- A/B test your work and optimize it using data and best-practice techniques.
- Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and brand messaging across channels and formats.
- Partner closely with design, lifecycle, product, and growth teams, where copy performance is a shared responsibility.
- Apply AI deliberately to increase efficiency and effectiveness without compromising writing quality or compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience writing conversion-focused copy for D2C brands, with an instinct for messaging that converts.
- Experience writing across an entire customer journey, knowing how to thread cohesive messages and pivot tactics for each stage.
- A sharp, empathetic writer who can balance clarity with persuasion.
- Experience with A/B testing and an energy for data, feedback, and iteration.
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a belief that collaboration and feedback lead to better outcomes.
- Efficiency and the ability to identify what matters most in ambiguous situations.
Nice to Have
- Specific experience with landing page optimization, email marketing, and UX writing.
- Experience mentoring junior writers and uplifting writing quality across a team.
- A knack for process improvement, using internal systems and AI writing tools to scale great copy efficiently.
- Experience in a regulated space (ideally health, but including fintech, insurance) and an understanding of how to balance compliance with compelling messaging.
