Responsibilities
- Partner with major FMCG clients, managing your own client portfolio with direct senior stakeholder engagement.
- Own revenue responsibility for client portfolios, identifying and closing new commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling projects and products.
- Lead analytical solutions across key retail domains including promotions, category management, marketing and supply chain using Quantium's cutting-edge tools.
- Educate clients on best-use AI applications within their business context and contribute to building Quantium's AI knowledge base and capability framework.
- People manage a small team, providing support and managing career progression in a high-performing, knowledge-focused culture.
Requirements
- Senior FMCG expertise: Extensive experience in Retail/FMCG business (Buying, Category, Sales) with strong domain knowledge.
- Data mastery: Proven experience analysing customer, transaction and sales data in FMCG contexts, with ability to translate complex requirements to address commercial challenges.
- Leadership excellence: Strong people leadership and senior stakeholder management experience, with proven success in influencing and negotiating positive outcomes.
- Commercial acumen: Track record of driving revenue growth, managing client portfolios and closing complex renewal conversations as a trusted advisor.
- Communication excellence: Confident presentation skills and ability to effectively sell ideas, explain complex concepts and articulate the value of analytical solutions.
