Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end discovery for complex, cross-functional problems, aligning stakeholders on the true problem, scope, success criteria, and decision points
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution options (process, data, systems), including trade-offs, risks, and a recommended path forward
- Map current and future state processes and identify root causes, control gaps, and opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale across global sites
- Define KPIs and operating measures that drive accountability, then build the review rhythm and clarity on owners/actions to keep outcomes on track
- Facilitate working sessions with global supply chain, finance, quality, operations, and IT, driving decisions to closure and maintaining focus on the goal vs. local preferences
- Partner with IT, analytics, and vendors through design, build, testing, and deployment, including UAT strategy, cutover readiness, training, and change management
- Contribute to global supply chain excellence initiatives (including inventory governance and health) by ensuring solutions are practical, controlled, and sustainable
Requirements
- 6+ years in business analysis, process excellence, or similar roles delivering cross-functional improvements from discovery through implementation
- Demonstrate influence without authority: rally a room, manage conflict, reset priorities to the goal, and hold stakeholders accountable to actions and timelines
- Show proven ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments through crisp problem statements, structured analysis, and decision-ready recommendations
- Apply strong process and requirements skills: process mapping, root cause analysis, and well-written requirements and acceptance criteria that reduce rework
- Use a data-driven, commercially aware approach: advanced Excel; comfort with SQL and/or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI); ability to connect improvements to service, cost, and working capital impacts
- Leverage solid grounding in global supply chain concepts (planning, procurement, inventory, logistics) and experience with ERP and planning platforms (Oracle preferred; Anaplan a plus)
- Maintain strong delivery discipline: organized execution, proactive risk and issue management, dependable follow-through, and clear stakeholder communication across time zones
- Able to flex working hours to support core collaboration hours with Pacific Time stakeholders and key global partners
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
