Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable server-side applications
- Define technical direction for backend services and data management systems
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams to integrate features
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues

- Master's degree in a technical discipline
