IntusCare is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to provide critical analytical support to our client delivery and product operation teams. This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making through insightful reporting and robust analytics tools, directly impacting care for dual-eligible seniors.
What You'll Do
- Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management, and population health teams.
- Build customer-facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing.
- Develop reusable semantic models, metrics, and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs.
- Develop and implement analytical development and release processes.
- Work closely with Data Engineering to maintain a scalable testing and data quality monitoring process.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence.
- 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation.
- High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Qlik.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
