EX Squared is seeking a Lead Admissions Coach to own and refine the prospective student experience. In this remote role, you will be the primary guide for applicants, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey with our organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end admissions process for prospective students
- Provide personalized, high-touch coaching and support to applicants
- Develop and implement strategies to improve applicant conversion and satisfaction
- Analyze admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Serve as the main point of contact for all admissions-related inquiries
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, student advising, or a related client-facing role
- Proven track record of managing a high-volume process with attention to detail and care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment

This is a fully remote position. You will need a reliable home office setup and the discipline to manage your time effectively while collaborating with a distributed team.
