HRL Laboratories is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist III to support our Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. initiative. Under the supervision of the Director, you will provide hands-on technical assistance and quality improvement support to healthcare providers for the CMS QIN-QIO Program.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned providers to promote participation and build collaborative relationships.
- Provide hands-on technical assistance and quality improvement support to healthcare providers, primarily nursing homes, hospitals, and physician practices.
- Collaborate with providers to assess performance, conduct root cause analyses, and co-develop Quality Action Plans aligned with CMS priorities.
- Drive the adoption of evidence-based interventions and guide providers through regulatory requirements.
- Help providers improve safety, care quality, and outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries through onsite visits, virtual coaching, and educational outreach.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director, providing essential support for the CMS QIN-QIO Program.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in California.
