EX Squared is seeking a Senior Enrollment Coach to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for prospect engagement, program guidance, and managing the enrollment pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Guide prospective students through program selection and the enrollment journey
- Conduct high-quality consultations and interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects from initial contact to enrollment
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear communication on enrollment status and requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding process
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an enrollment, admissions, or academic advising role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport remotely
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and pipeline
- High level of organization and attention to detail
