About the Role

GEV Grid Solutions is hiring a Lead Account Sales Specialist to own order intake and margin accountability for Power Transmission products and services within designated accounts. This role implements sales strategy to build stronger customer relationships, deliver value, and drive profitable growth in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic and action plans for given accounts to deliver targets for order value, margin, cash flow, and past dues for products and services.
  • Develop and implement channel-to-market strategy and follow up on related actions.
  • Develop and implement key account strategies to build influential relationships and win profitable business.
  • Determine customers’ needs and drive spec-in/out actions with Product Specialist Sales.
  • Identify key opportunities and define deal-winning strategy with the Products Specialist Sales.
  • Build market intelligence on dynamics, competitiveness, technology moves, trends, and emergent opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a successful sales growth track record.
  • Basic knowledge of Power Transmission products.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippines markets and connections with key utilities, EPCs, and industrial customers.

  • Experience in contract terms and conditions, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.

  • Financial analysis skills including costing analyses and budget estimation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, along with established project management skills.

Team & Environment

You will work together with Product Sales Specialists, Service Sales Specialists, and the Commercial Operations team.
