Kalibrate is looking for a Language Coordinator – Bengali to coordinate localization efforts and ensure the quality of creative content for our global audience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, researching opportunities and suggesting partnerships to grow our Bengali audience.

What You'll Do

Perform quality control on scripts, dubbed audio tracks, mixed audio tracks, and subtitles for consistency, linguistic accuracy, and high-quality translation.
Create localized metadata for regional audiences.
Meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and deliver QC feedback to studios within 24 hours of receipt.
Maintain clear and timely communication with your regional team and CreatorGlobal Leadership.
Document all processes and maintain all localization-related documentation and tools.

What We're Looking For

Native Bengali speaker.
C1+ English proficiency.
1-3 years of experience with subtitling and dubbing translations, quality control, or another integral part of the localization process.
A passion for your native language and culture, including expert knowledge of lingo, slang, cultural references, and sensitivities.
Organized and structured, but able to quickly adapt to changes in plans and priorities.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
An empathetic and proactive team leader.

Nice to Have

Understands the YouTube and digital media landscape in Bengali, including top content creators and trends.
Has 3+ years of experience with subtitling and dubbing translations, quality control, or another integral part of the localization process.
Has connections to studios, voice actors, and translators in their native language.
