The L2 HelpDesk Technician at Teamwork Corporate is the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues across multiple client sites in Boston, MA. This fully on-site role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing user accounts, supporting meeting room technology, and maintaining endpoint security while traveling between up to five locations Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for access issues, Office Suite problems, and other software-related challenges
- Travel between up to 5 Boston-area client sites as needed via MBTA or rideshare (travel expenses fully covered)
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain audiovisual and conferencing equipment across all sites
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning/deprovisioning of devices and access rights
- Manage the complete hardware lifecycle, from deployment to disposal, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Ensure endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, printers, and copiers) are up to date, secure, and functional
- Support any specific lab equipment or specialized devices as needed
- Ensure all endpoint devices adhere to security policies, including antivirus and encryption tools
- Participate in various side projects related to cloud and on-premises infrastructure when needed
- Collaborate with other teams and on-site stakeholders, contributing based on workload and priority
What We're Looking For
- Fully on-site availability Monday through Friday

- Professional and polished presence due to client-facing responsibilities
- Experience with user account management and access provisioning/deprovisioning
- Proficiency in troubleshooting application and software issues including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting meeting room systems and audiovisual conferencing equipment
- Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Experience managing endpoint devices including printers and copiers
- Knowledge of endpoint security policies including antivirus and encryption tools
