DZ BANK – die Initiativbank is looking for a KYC and Client Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our Client Lifecycle Management team. You will take on responsible control and quality assurance tasks along the entire process chain, operationalizing legal requirements and contributing to digitalization initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Actively participate in the Client Lifecycle Management process chain, taking on control and quality assurance tasks.
- Accompany the operational implementation of legal and regulatory requirements, translating them into verifiable, process-integrated standards.
- Execute, document, and monitor 1st Line of Defense controls, including random samples, and coordinate closely with Compliance and operational units.
- Support the introduction and further development of control systems and effective processes according to regulatory standards.
- Independently initiate case reviews and necessary escalation processes in the event of irregularities.
- Participate in digitalization projects, contributing to the automation and digitalization of control systems and reporting with tools like Tableau.
- Contribute to the conception and implementation of training concepts for internal employees.
- Work in a modern, agile environment using methods like Scrum and Kanban, ensuring smooth collaboration with specialist departments, IT, Compliance, and market units.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree (Bachelor's sufficient) in economics, business law, or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of bank customer structure, bank products, and relevant Mid-/Backoffice processes.
- Very good experience in Client Lifecycle Management, particularly KYC processes and systems.
- A secure understanding of the legal and supervisory framework (including GWG, FATCA, StUmgBG, KWG, MaRisk, BaFin requirements).
- Proven project experience in the areas of quality assurance, process management, or compliance.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
