Talan is looking for a Kondor Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical production support and technical analysis for our global Treasury and Capital Markets platforms, working closely with trading desks and technology teams.

What You'll Do

Provide 24x7 trade floor support for Treasury and Capital Markets platforms globally
Troubleshoot pricing issues, STP failures, and perform system administration tasks
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents
Participate in an on-call rotation as required
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
Liaise between Treasury users, developers, and project teams
Document processes, requirements, and system configurations
Support project implementation and ensure timely delivery
Develop and execute test scripts for new releases

What We're Looking For

Proven track record supporting a Front Office or Trading system application for Fixed Income or Treasury desks
Knowledge of the Kondor+ Application within an investment bank
Solid understanding of capital markets products, particularly Fixed Income and Rates with a focus on Treasury
Experience with major application migrations or upgrades
Strong ability to collaborate with project teams, end users, and business stakeholders
Technical skills: Unix/Linux, SQL, Control-M, Shell Scripting
Client-focused approach with strong deadline and SLA adherence
