EX Squared is hiring a Knowledge Manager to take ownership of our internal knowledge ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategy to organize, structure, and maintain our collective information, ensuring it is accessible and usable by teams across the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge management strategy and governance framework.
- Audit, organize, and structure existing information repositories to improve findability and accuracy.
- Design and implement information architecture, taxonomies, and metadata schemas.
- Establish processes for content creation, curation, review, and archival.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
- Evaluate and manage knowledge management tools and platforms to support the strategy.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of knowledge initiatives through usage metrics and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a dedicated knowledge management, information architecture, or library science role.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience designing taxonomies, metadata models, and information architectures for enterprise-scale content.
- Proficiency with knowledge base platforms, CMS, search engines, and related technology.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information structures clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
