Revalize is looking for a Knowledge Engineer to join our professional services team. You will report to the Knowledge Engineering Manager and be responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing complex product knowledge bases to meet specific customer objectives.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Execute on project implementations and lead implementation-specific activities.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives.
- Participate in ongoing implementation team decisions and internal projects.
- Write detailed steps required to develop or modify applications.
- Conduct meetings with new and existing customers.
- Input issues and case data into customer-facing and internal issue tracking applications.
- Work with other Professional Services team members to support customer needs.
- Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs.
- Respond to ad hoc customer requests, providing subject matter expertise and guidance.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution clearly and concisely.
