logistik-consultants-de is hiring a Key Account Manager - Kontraktlogistik (m/w/d) to join our team. In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for managing strategic large customer contracts with high economic relevance and developing new key accounts within the contract logistics sector.
What You'll Do
- Autonomously manage and control 2 to 5 strategic large customer contracts with significant economic relevance.
- Lead the negotiation, development, and conclusion of contracts from the initial concept phase through to final implementation.
- Strategically develop and manage customer relationships over the entire contract lifecycle.
- Apply contract language for the preparation and execution of agreements.
- Identify and acquire new key account customers aligned with company strategy.
- Analyze individual customer requirements and develop tailored contract logistics solutions.
- Create and present compelling offers based on sound market and needs analyses.
- Take direct responsibility for contract decisions.
- Conduct active market and competition observation to identify trends and opportunities early.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in economics or completed vocational training, for example in the forwarding sector.
- Several years of experience in strategic contract management, ideally in Key Account Management or a comparable role.
- Strong negotiation skills, pronounced analytical abilities, and a structured way of working.
- A high level of personal responsibility, willingness to make decisions, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Several years of professional experience within the contract logistics industry or in customer management.
- Good knowledge in the application of contract language for contract preparation.
- An increased willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and English skills.
