Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status and performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop and execute account-specific marketing strategies.
  • Manage customer contracts and ensure timely renewals.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Develop and implement account plans for strategic customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to provide solutions and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
