About the Role
The Catering and Conference Service Manager will be responsible for managing the catering and conference services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage catering and conference services
- Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage budgets and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Plan and execute special events and conferences
- Prepare and review contracts and agreements
- Analyze and report on event performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Manage event logistics and setup
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities
- Implement and maintain quality control measures
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
- Coordinate with external partners and clients
