Unilever is hiring a Key Account Manager - Foods to manage and develop relationships with customers and Business partner in the distributive trade sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and the drive to grow business through effective account management.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the modern trade sector.
- Understand the unique needs of sub channels and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business partner and proactively address issues.
- Handle the coaching, training, and development of sale representative and merchandising reps.
- Drive sales growth within assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic channel and customer plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CMM, CSP, CDF and CDEX, to execute sales strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize JBP, loyalty program and JMPs agreements with customers.
- Manage promotions, merchandising, and trade terms to maximize profitability.
- Monitor contract performance and sales data to identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain and implement merchandising activities and Perfect store compliance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct regular market analysis to develop strategies for growth.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product development, pricing, and marketing.
- Prepare regular sales reports, account performance analyses, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with business partner and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and order fulfillment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or related roles.
