About the Role

Join yfood Labs GmbH as a Key Account Manager - Edeka (m/w/d). In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, care, and conceptual development of assigned customers in regional Key Account Management. Your core mission is to achieve the company's sales, volume, profit, and distribution goals.

What You'll Do

  • Strategically plan, care for, and develop assigned customers in regional Key Account Management.
  • Plan and achieve company sales, volume, profit, and distribution goals.
  • Implement and enforce national agreements at the regional level, and uphold national, conceptual, and strategic sales and marketing goals.
  • Analyze KPIs, market, and sales data, deriving and implementing corresponding measures.
  • Prepare, participate in, and follow up on regular customer and annual meetings.
  • Coordinate and implement promotions, listings, pricing strategies, and customer-specific measures.
  • Build and expand constructive relationships with all relevant decision-makers, maintaining regular exchange.
  • Collaborate closely with all Key Account Managers to coordinate and align targeted procedures.
  • Communicate and coordinate with interfaces including Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and the national Field Sales Force.

What We're Looking For

  • A successfully completed university degree in business administration or comparable commercial training.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management.
  • Deep knowledge of retail structure processes and good contacts with decision-makers in the retail sector.

Nice to Have

  • Field sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to drive multiple important topics and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality with high initiative, solution orientation, and conflict resolution skills.
