UCB is looking for a Key Account Manager for RD & Epilepsy to strengthen the connection between our therapeutic options and appropriate patients in the assigned territory. You will build collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and implement impactful, tailored solutions to ensure the best outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the single point of contact for HCPs, applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions.
- Tailor omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferences.
- Define and execute an impactful tactical plan within your territory.
- Establish strong business relationships with HCPs.
- Match UCB therapeutic options to targeted HCPs’ patient populations.
- Ensure pharmacovigilance compliance and collaborate with local Safety staff.
- Communicate digital initiatives, Patient Support Programs, and Market Research Programs.
- Participate in audits and inspections as required.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Medical, Economics, or a related scientific field.
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience within the neurology or CNS area.
- Experience with Drug Programs and Rare Diseases.
- Fluent in Czech and proficient in English.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a single point of contact for HCPs.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Prague, Czech Republic.
