Perfetti Van Melle is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager focused on the Modern Trade channel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with GDO and E‑commerce clients, developing integrated customer plans, and executing commercial strategies to ensure business growth and alignment with company objectives.

What You'll Do

• Execute actions necessary to achieve sales targets and promotional initiatives for assigned clients.
• Develop, formalize, and monitor customer plans, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Manage and develop relationships with assigned clients, support negotiations, and maintain a deep understanding of their needs and market dynamics in both GDO and E‑commerce.
• Foster the building of long-term partnerships with buyers and commercial contacts, strengthening the company's presence across channels.
• Plan and execute commercial and promotional activities, defining sales policies consistent with corporate guidelines and adapted to the specificities of different channels.
• Develop the overall E‑commerce client strategy (particularly for Amazon), covering content, promotional plans, media, and catalog, collaborating with internal functions and digital/media agencies.
• Define annual plans and ensure assigned budgets are met, monitoring key sales KPIs in GDO and E‑commerce channels.
• Manage the definition and implementation of commercial agreements, ensuring correct progress and intervening with corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate relationships with the Global E‑commerce Team, sharing periodic updates on business status and long-term strategies.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in the same or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of the FMCG world and the dynamics of GDO and E‑commerce channels.
• Excellent command of trade marketing logic, with the ability to apply it across different channels.
• Excellent analytical skills, with an aptitude for monitoring and interpreting sales KPIs.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Degree in economics or management engineering.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience managing Amazon.
