PHMG Careers is seeking a Key Account Implementation Manager to ensure the seamless execution of audio branding strategies for our most valuable clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner, translating brand visions into sonic identities through collaboration with stakeholders, creative teams, and technology experts.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand values, objectives, and target audience, building relationships on trust and respect.
- Provide prompt and clear communication at every project stage, keeping clients informed on progress, milestones, and challenges.
- Collaborate with creative and technology experts to translate client requirements into impactful audio branding solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to delivery.
- Ensure organized project management for timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Proactively foresee challenges and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Approach KPIs with ownership and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Maintain thorough records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback.
- Embrace continuous improvement by seeking feedback from peers and management.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in a process-driven B2B Account Management or Customer Success role, ideally managing high-value clients.
- Unrivalled attention to detail, creativity, and initiative.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
