Perfetti Van Melle is looking for a Key Account Executive to manage and develop business with key customers in Hyper Super, Convenience Store, and Ecommerce channels. In this role, you will ensure sales targets are met through strong customer relationships, detailed planning, and effective execution at store level.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main contact point.
- Handle daily operations including orders, promotions, pricing, and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement account plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and ensure execution of trade promotions and marketing activities at store level.
- Track and report on sales performance versus targets.
- Analyze sell data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, promotions effectiveness, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with internal departments (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Coordinate with field sales teams to drive in-store execution.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in coordinating with Trade Marketing teams for in-store visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing CVS (e.g., FamilyMart, 7-Eleven) and/or Ecommerce channels.
- Proficient in data analysis (Excel, Power BI is a plus).
- English proficiency is an advantage.
