Dane Street is seeking independent contract reviewers (1099) for our physician panel. In this role, you will provide medical necessity reviews for behavioral health treatment requests and appeals, with a caseload customized to your schedule and average review times of 10-15 minutes.
What You'll Do
- Assess the medical necessity of behavioral health treatment requests and previously denied services in appeals.
- Conduct Prior Authorizations using MCG & ASAM Criteria, internal clinical policies, LOCUS, and relevant regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Board Certified Psychiatry
- Active Kentucky Medical License
- Current, unrestricted license
- Active practice

- BCBA Certification
