JIRO CONSULTING is looking for a Kalkulator (gn) to manage the complete costing for construction projects. You will be responsible for reviewing tenders, evaluating costs, and optimizing bids, working closely with project management and procurement teams.
What You'll Do
- Calculate costs for construction projects from start to finish.
- Review tender documents and specifications.
- Evaluate costs and optimize bid proposals.
- Collaborate closely with project management and procurement departments.
- Manage figures, quantities, and deadlines.
- Clarify queries with clients and contractors.
- Identify potential risks and develop practical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- A qualification as a Meister, Techniker, or a degree in construction, electrical, or a related field OR proven experience in cost calculation.
- Experience in the construction industry (e.g., structural, civil, or building services engineering).
- Structured working style, proactive thinking, and pragmatic problem-solving.
- Confident demeanor, clear communication skills, and composure under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and regular presence on construction sites.
- Strong team player with leadership qualities and a constructive approach to collaboration.
