Count on Me Pte Ltd is looking for a Jurist/Legal Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial legal consultation and solutions for our members in the e-commerce sector, focusing on areas like distance selling law, contract law, and data protection. You'll help build secure and successful online commerce while enjoying a standard 4-day work week.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal consultation and solve legal questions for members, particularly in distance selling law, contract law, commercial legal protection, product labeling obligations, and data protection law.
- Conduct shop-depth checks for members.
- Provide telephone and written (chat, email) consultation on legal security in online commerce and its implementation.
- Research legal matters and topics in the field of e-commerce.
- Monitor legislative processes and help develop solutions for our legal products.
- Create legal information (e.g., information sheets) for our members.
- Collaborate across departments with other business areas.
What We're Looking For
- At least the first German state examination in law (erstes juristisches Staatsexamen).
- Communication-secure German language skills, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Enjoyment of teamwork, high communication skills, and empathy.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience in the aforementioned legal areas (distance selling law, contract law, commercial legal protection, labeling obligations, data protection law).
- Interest in Legal Tech and a particular affinity for e-commerce and IT law.
- Basic understanding of technical contexts.
