Responsibilities
- Owning compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms
- Handling contracts and assessments required under data protection law, including GDPR (e.g., DPAs, TIAs)
- Preparing and maintaining internal documentation under data protection, AI governance, consumer rights, and similar laws
- Maintaining EverAI’s AI systems inventory in line with EU guidance
- Conducting risk assessments under applicable safety laws
- Performing product and feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance
- Handling day-to-day compliance tasks such as standard IP issues (e.g., DMCA notices, copycats)
- Reviewing contracts (e.g., NDAs, licenses)
- Updating legal terms including Terms of Service, Privacy Notices, and content policies
- Tracking, researching, and analyzing relevant legal developments and regulatory guidance as they apply to EverAI
- Meeting regularly with the Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO) to clarify questions, co-develop recommendations, and share insights

- Contract type: Prefer B2B, but flexible. Long-term commitment and impact are prioritized.
