Emerging Travel Group is hiring a Junior TPP Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our mission to make travel simpler and more widely available. You will develop relationships with clients and suppliers while helping to consolidate our presence in the Southern European market.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the competitiveness of hotel inventory suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess supplier success and identify areas for improvement.
- Hold regular meetings and calls with suppliers.
- Improve commercial and payment conditions with suppliers.
- Participate in internal projects, ensuring supplier results, deadlines, and quality.
- Interact with the Tech department to improve supplier representation.
- Support the Customer Support team and suppliers by resolving incidents like overbookings and kick-outs.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level).
- Strong multitasking and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical skills and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the travel industry or hotel business.
- Experience with SQL, Asana, Slack, and Tableau.
