G2 is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our R&D – Customer Support department. This remote role operates during the night shift hours of 9 PM to 6 AM (GMT+4), providing direct technical support to our global user base.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track complex product bugs.
- Provide clear, timely communication to users throughout the support process.
What We're Looking For
- Proven aptitude for troubleshooting and logical problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during the designated night shift hours (9 PM - 6 AM GMT+4).
