Crumbl is looking for a part-time Community Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing our customer strategy and delivering exceptional hospitality to build and nurture our community.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Act as a primary point of hospitality and support for our community
- Analyze community feedback to inform and improve customer experience initiatives
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for all community members

- Proven experience in a customer-facing, community, or hospitality-focused role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity
