Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. is looking for a Junior Solution Engineer OTC (REF4894G). In this role, you will perform administrative and operational tasks related to network solutions, including monitoring, ticketing, troubleshooting, and change management. You will work within incident, change, problem, and configuration management processes with high customer orientation.
What You'll Do
- Perform all administrative tasks related to your professional responsibilities and report on the situation to your supervisor.
- Monitor network solutions or the backbone and create tickets for possible issues.
- Document and diagnose problems, establishing priorities.
- Troubleshoot incoming tickets, manage changes, and configure network assets.
- Create problem tickets for complex issues and forward them to the next level of support.
- Implement requested changes in collaboration with other departments.
- Close or provide for the closure of tickets once resolved.
- Establish priorities among various tasks.
- Know all corporate processes, principles, and strategy, and act in line with them.
- Perform escalations in an efficient and independent manner.
- Perform checks based on the '4-eyes principle' as part of change management.
- Understand complex process and technical dependencies and perform daily tasks employing these as part of incident, change, problem, and configuration management.
- Perform all tasks with high-level customer orientation to improve customer satisfaction.
- Represent the Group confidently and efficiently in communications within the company group and with customers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in the English language.
