Responsibilities

- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and process documentation
- Participate in operational meetings and status reporting
- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues
- Maintain accurate records in service management systems
- Support onboarding of new clients or services
- Assist in change management processes to minimize service disruption
- Track resolution progress for open incidents and requests
- Help prepare service reviews and performance summaries
- Promote adherence to IT service management best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with business needs
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation updates
- Contribute to post-incident analysis and follow-up actions
- Assist in managing third-party vendor coordination when required
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies
- Participate in testing and validation of service changes
- Support training activities for internal stakeholders
- Monitor service dashboards and alerting systems
- Help maintain service catalogs and configuration records
- Facilitate handover between shifts in 24/7 operations
- Respond to client inquiries under supervision
