QITS GmbH is hiring a Junior Sales Manager / Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) to join our team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and developing persuasive solutions for Customer Information Management projects, building on the trust we hold with our customers and partners.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers through active prospecting.
- Identify key decision-makers, engage them in conversation, and persuade them with your expertise.
- Understand client business processes to develop and present convincing solutions based on their requirements.
- Schedule and conduct appointments via web meetings or visit prospects on-site and at events.
What We're Looking For
- First sales experience within an IT environment (SaaS or Managed Services).
- High willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality.
- A goal-getter attitude with hunter mentality and persuasive power.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling complex software solutions such as DMS, ECM, or OMS.
