seadster is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in SEA for e-commerce. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, build lasting client relationships, and develop strategies to scale advertising performance. You'll join the SEA team in our fast-growing B2B company.

What You'll Do

Be the main point of contact for all matters related to your own account portfolio.
Build solid and long-term customer relationships.
Create regular performance reports for the client.
Set up campaign structures and book advertisements.
Analyze Google Ads campaigns to strategically develop the project.
Scale AdAccounts to 4/5-digit daily budgets, and even 6-digit daily budgets on Black Friday.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in Google Ads for B2C/D2C.
Analytical-methodical and structured thinking.
Organizational skills, results and solution orientation.
Strong teamwork combined with confident demeanor and independent working style.
Ability to follow existing processes.
Ambitious personality that wants to improve performance.
Affinity for numbers and technical understanding.
Good handling of performance pressure.

Nice to Have

Passion for marketing, media, and communication.
A degree and/or training in this direction is an advantage.
