Salesforce is looking for a Personal Controller* to join our team supporting a supranational, non-profit organization that issues ID numbers for international trade. This role is based in Frankfurt and focuses on HR controlling within a global context. You will handle HR finance data and partner with various international teams, with the option for 100% remote work.
What You'll Do
- Review and approve payroll and travel expense reports from various international locations
- Maintain and process data before passing it on to the Finance department
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external partners, including Audit and Tax
- Act as the interface for foreign subsidiaries
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in HR, specifically HR Controlling
- High affinity for IT systems and processes
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
- A pronounced hands-on mentality and proactive approach
