INCA – Insurance Core Automation is seeking a Hörakustiker:in für die Personalsuche (m/w/d) to recruit career changers, apprentices, and professionals for our partners. You will own the full recruiting cycle for your own region, advising partners and placing talent within our network.

What You'll Do

Conduct Active Sourcing, cold acquisition of applicants, and create and manage job advertisements.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates.
Independently manage your region (e.g., several federal states) from the first contact to successful placement.
Present and further develop our recruiting offering.
Advise and support our partners professionally throughout the entire recruiting process.
Work on strategic recruiting projects and test new, innovative approaches.
Learn about different areas through job shadowing and co-organizing events.
