Baumgartner & Co. Business Consultants GmbH is hiring a Telefonist:in (m,w,d) to be the first voice on the phone for a Berlin video marketing agency. In this role, you will directly drive growth through customer communication, cold acquisition, and scheduling.
What You'll Do
- Conduct telephone cold acquisition by calling potential customers and introducing video marketing services.
- Send individualized messages via LinkedIn to engage prospects.
- Convince, inspire, and book direct appointment slots for the sales or consulting team.
- Document activities and track leads cleanly in the CRM.
- Contribute ideas for new industries, conversation strategies, or better icebreakers.
What We're Looking For
- You enjoy conversations with a variety of people.
- You have a friendly, clear, and competent voice.
- You can maintain an overview even with multiple lines and calendars.
- You are fluent in German (at least C1 level) and express yourself eloquently in writing and speech.
- You are capable of multitasking: talking, typing, smiling, and listening simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer contact or office work is a plus, but not mandatory if you are engaged.
