Altiant is hiring a Junior Research Executive to support the growth of our research department within the luxury and wealth management sector. This role offers direct exposure to prestigious global brands and significant career progression opportunities.

What You'll Do

Assist with survey design for proprietary category reports, presentations, and client projects.
Have a central role in the upkeep of our quarterly tracker, GLAM, and find new ways to promote it publicly.
Work with the marketing team to showcase Altiant's data effectively.
Take ownership of 2-3 category reports per year, covering areas like automotive, fashion, and travel.
Analyze large data sets to identify key trends and opportunities.
Help ensure high quality standards through proofreading reports and testing surveys before launch.

What We're Looking For

Some survey authoring, analytics, and reporting experience.
A university degree.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive, motivated attitude with initiative to suggest new ideas.
Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good organizational and time management skills with flexibility to reprioritize.
High proficiency in all aspects of English (speaking, listening, and writing).
Willingness to travel and work with global professionals.
A passion for the luxury sector.

Nice to Have

Experience with SPSS.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Additional languages such as French, German, Arabic, or Chinese.
An honours degree in a relevant discipline.
