As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding software initiatives across a fully remote, international organization. Your focus will be on maintaining project integrity—ensuring deliverables meet expectations for timeline, scope, budget, and resource allocation—while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and resource plans
- Identify technical and operational risks early and help implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure customer needs remain central
- Support regular progress reviews and business-facing updates with clients
- Coordinate third-party delivery timelines critical to project success
- Promote appropriate technology solutions from the company’s portfolio based on project needs
What We’re Looking For
You have a technical academic background or a strong alternative path into the tech industry. You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and presentations. You’re proactive, results-driven, and comfortable speaking up with ideas or feedback.
Leadership experience during your studies, a history of exceeding expectations, and personal tech projects demonstrate your initiative. You thrive in diverse, multicultural settings and bring curiosity, accountability, and self-direction to your work. Occasional international travel (up to two weeks, twice a year) is expected for company events.
