As a Junior Profile Moderation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity and quality of user-generated content across our digital platforms. Your work will directly support safe and authentic user interactions by ensuring profiles meet content standards and by refining visual assets for optimal presentation.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and optimize graphic content, including resizing, color adjustments, and retouching to meet platform requirements
- Review and moderate user profiles and content to uphold community guidelines and data quality
- Monitor internal communications and user interactions to support moderation workflows
- Communicate with external partners via Bitrix to coordinate content and moderation needs
- Track and report on user flow metrics, including volume and quality indicators
- Update and maintain moderation policies in response to product changes
Requirements
- Proficiency with GSuit and Excel for data handling and reporting
- Ability to identify AI-generated or synthetic media content
- English language proficiency at B1–B2 level
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including shortcuts and editing techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design or image editing
- Familiarity with Spanish or Chinese languages
