Impact Brands, LLC, a remote-first health and wellness company, is looking for a Junior Process and QA Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in evaluating and improving our operational processes to ensure they meet high quality standards and support our overall efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Assist in evaluating and improving operational processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on products, services, or processes.
- Identify areas for improvement within current processes and assist in developing solutions.
- Support process documentation and help ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across functions.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks to ensure standards are being met.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of process management and quality assurance methods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to report findings clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
