Every, a United Tech company, is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team. This is a full-time position where you will support a wide range of legal functions in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Support compliance initiatives and corporate governance matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis across multiple jurisdictions.
- Help manage and organize legal documentation and processes.
What We're Looking For
- A law degree and active bar membership in good standing.
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong foundational knowledge of commercial law and contract principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
