Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements
- Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU legal frameworks
- Support cross-border legal initiatives within the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams on risk assessment and mitigation
- Provide legal guidance on commercial transactions and projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent Dutch law degree
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Eligibility to practice law in the Netherlands
- Strong understanding of Dutch corporate and contract law
- Basic knowledge of EU regulatory environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with international contracts
- Familiarity with data privacy laws such as GDPR
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication across diverse teams
Location Requirements
- Must be legally based in an EU member country
- Remote work permitted from approved locations
- No relocation required
- Regular virtual meetings during European business hours
- Occasional travel may be requested
