ORIOR is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join Biotta, a producer of organic vegetable and fruit juices. This 70-80% part-time role focuses on building customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth in the wholesale and foodservice market. The position starts immediately or by agreement.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and develop customer relationships with a focus on wholesale and foodservice clients.
- Identify and leverage growth potential with existing customers and actively acquire new business.
- Conduct ongoing market observation and analysis to derive targeted sales promotion measures.
- Prepare and conduct annual reviews and contract negotiations.
- Manage budget and revenue planning at the customer level.
- Plan and execute customer events such as trade fairs, tastings, and promotions.
- Actively participate in association meetings (e.g., hotel, gastronomy, and wholesale trade associations).
- Handle customer-related administrative tasks.
- Create customer analyses and reports, including consistent CRM maintenance.
- Ensure achievement of targets for sales and profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business education.
- At least 3 years of field sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in wholesale and foodservice.
- Persuasive, authentic demeanor with strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Distinct sales personality with a passion for building relationships.
- High affinity for numbers and very good MS-Office skills.
- Stylish German and fluent, negotiation-level French in both spoken and written form.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- A network in the wholesale industry or foodservice sector is desirable.
- Affinity for social media and a passion for creative storytelling about our sales successes.
