This role is designed to lay the foundation for a successful IT career, working on innovative solutions while administering our internal IT infrastructure and providing user support.
What You'll Do
- Administer the internal IT infrastructure, including network management, ensuring Office 365 operation, and maintaining local servers and virtual systems.
- Manage backup and data management systems.
- Provide 1st and 2nd Level Support for colleagues, both on-site and via phone and in writing.
- Participate in key projects: plan and implement a new IT infrastructure for the office building and contribute to the Tisax certification project.
- Implement IT topics in collaboration with external consulting firms.
What We're Looking For
- A completed apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (IT specialist for system integration).
- First professional experience in IT administration.
- High willingness to learn and a large portion of commitment.
- Independence, analytical skills, and a cool head.
- Valid work permit.
- Fluent knowledge of German and English.
