As the Influencer Marketing Specialist for France, your primary objective will be to customize the French influencer approach and implement comprehensive influencer initiatives to enhance yfood's digital brand visibility and achieve predetermined performance and brand objectives. Additionally, you will assist in establishing influencer activities in Belgium. You will progressively refine influencer acquisition methodologies, processes, and tools to achieve visibility goals intelligently and efficiently. Your responsibilities: - Contextualize and implement yfood's influencer strategy across all digital platforms in France - Aid in developing and initial implementation of influencer programs in Belgium - Create and execute innovative strategies for promoting yfood products and brand across influencer categories, from emerging talents to prominent ambassadors and celebrities - Serve as a dependable collaborator with influencer agencies - Expand comprehension of the creator ecosystem, cultivate robust relationships within the influencer industry, remain receptive to emerging channels and opportunities, and share insights with European market colleagues - Manage influencer budget, performance indicators, and statistical analysis; monitor campaigns to guarantee optimal results using established processes and systems - Generate and update comprehensive influencer and campaign performance documentation - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure seamless alignment of social and influencer initiatives WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED - Marketing, communications, journalism, business, or equivalent academic background - Prior experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Marketing, or related fields preferred - Deep understanding of French social media and influencer landscape - Proactive learning attitude and independent, systematic work approach - Creative problem-solving skills for designing engaging campaigns that resonate with brand and audience - Native-level French and proficient English language skills - Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (WH)yfood? - We champion equal opportunities and celebrate diversity.
