FourthRev is hiring a Junior Hubspot Customer Relations Manager (Remote, Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)

About the Role

This position involves managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction using HubSpot tools. The candidate will support client retention by tracking communications, updating records, and coordinating follow-ups. The role operates in a remote environment with a flexible schedule limited to three days weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through HubSpot platforms
  • Update and maintain accurate client records and interaction logs
  • Coordinate follow-up tasks with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to service delivery
  • Track customer satisfaction and flag concerns for escalation
  • Assist in onboarding new clients to company systems and processes
  • Generate regular reports on customer engagement metrics
  • Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments
  • Maintain data hygiene within the CRM system
  • Support resolution of account-related questions
  • Log all customer interactions according to company protocols
  • Follow up on service renewals and contract timelines
  • Collaborate with support teams to improve response efficiency
  • Escalate technical or billing issues to appropriate departments
  • Contribute to process documentation for customer workflows
  • Participate in weekly team check-ins and planning sessions
  • Adhere to service level agreements for response times
  • Use HubSpot tools to track customer lifecycle stages
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and pain points
  • Assist in preparing client status summaries for management review

Compensation

Hourly rate commensurate with experience

Work Arrangement

Remote, part-time, 3 days per week
