Aptiv Services Poland S.A. is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Krakow. In this role, you will support our HR Business Partners in daily collaboration with managers and employees, while actively participating in core HR processes and regional initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support HR Business Partners in daily collaboration with managers and employees.
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in talent development programs such as High Potentials and Mentoring.
- Prepare HR documentation including job offers, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
- Organize and deliver soft skills training on topics like communication and teamwork.
- Create HR reports and analyses covering employment metrics and exit reasons.
- Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams in Krakow and across the EMEA region on HR projects.
What We're Looking For
- University degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, for example as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or Recruiter.
- Knowledge of HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, training, and personnel administration.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proactive, independent, and well-organized working style.
- High level of discretion and professional ethics.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1) – both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- University degree in preferred fields: HR, psychology, sociology, law.
- Familiarity with Workday.
